- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 tsp Love Beets beet root powder, (lovebeets.com)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 scoop unflavored/vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (opt)
- 1/4 cup oat milk (may need more, but add little bits at a time)
Instructions
- **NOTE: make sure you freeze bananas overnight
- First make your 7-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (clickable link in blog post)
- Blend all of the nice cream ingredients together in your blender, until you achieve a smooth texture
- ** Be careful not to add too much milk or it won’t be like ice cream, but rather a smoothie
- Spoon your nice cream into bowls then top with cookie dough, sprinkles, fresh strawberries, chocolate, and cones (if desired) and enjoy!
- **NOTE: best enjoyed right away, doesn’t re-freeze well
