Description

No juicer needed to make this green juice! All you need is a blender, a nut milk bag (affiliate link) (cheesecloth or kitchen towel), and fresh produce! This Blender Green Juice is made with green apple, lemon, greens, kiwi, and celery for a healthy homemade juice the whole family will enjoy with no added sugar!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 green apples
  • 1.5 lemons, juice only
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • 1 cup greens (your choice- kale, spinach, chard, or a mixture!)
  • 1/3 cup pineapple (pre-cut is great!)
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1.5 cups water
  • **NOTE: try to buy organic produce if possible

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce.
  2. Chop the apples and place them in your blender. Peel the kiwi, chop and add to blender.
  3. Add the greens, celery, pineapple and water to the blender.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice into your blender.
  5. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth and no chunks are left.
  6. Place the nut milk bag (or cheesecloth/thin kitchen towel) over a large bowl/measuring cup and carefully pour the juice into the bag.
  7. Squeeze all of the liquid out of the pulp into the bowl.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Store any leftover juice in the fridge for a few days.
