Description
A delicious and healthy seven ingredient, ten minute Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough that is vegan, gluten-free, naturally sweetened, and safe to eat raw! It's made with chickpeas and tahnin for an added plant-based protein boost!

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and skins removed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- First, drain your chickpeas and lay them out on a paper towel and pat dry. Remove all the skins from each chickpea and place the de-skinned chickpea in your food processor/blender. Add all other ingredients minus the chocolate chips to the food processor/blender and blend until smooth and a dough forms (adding more flour if needed). Scoop all of the cookie dough into a medium bowl and fold in the chocolate chips. **NOTE: I used mini chocolate chips (affiliate link). Enjoy right away or add to your favorite recipes! Store leftover cookie dough in the refrigerator.
