Elevate your side dish game with garlic roasted broccoli and dill harissa tahini sauce! 🥦🔥 Broccoli never tasted so good! Try it roasted with a zesty dill harissa tahini sauce and sweet raisins and l and you’ll be hooked too!
This garlic roasted broccoli with raisins and tahini sauce is a flavor explosion and so easy to make. You can make it ahead of time if you’re in a time crunch or bringing it to a BBQ or cookout. I actually liked this roasted broccoli better as a chilled salad. It’s so good because the broccoli marinates and soaks up the harissa tahini sauce and the raisins get nice and plump to add sweetness to this recipe 🤤.

The Steps
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. While the oven is preheating, place the broccoli florets in a large bowl and add the avocado oil and minced garlic. Toss to combine and then spread the broccoli onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast the broccoli in the oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing occasionally.

While the broccoli is roasting, make the delicious harissa tahini sauce. Blend together tahini, lemon juice, harissa spice, maple syrup, salt and water until smooth and creamy. You may add more water if you like a thinner sauce or if it’s not pourable.
Sometimes harissa seasoning can be hard to find, but it’s super easy to make your own. Simply combine:
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander

Next, mince/chop the fresh dill. You’ll need enough for two tablespoons worth.
Then measure out a heaping 1/2 cup of raisins.

Once the broccoli is done roasting, add it back to the large bowl with the dill and raisins and then pour in the sauce. Toss to combine and enjoy right away, enjoy at room temperature or cover it and chill for later!

It’s time to switch things up and give your taste buds a treat! Garlic roasted broccoli with dill harissa tahini sauce and raisins is a must-try side dish. 😋👍🏼
