Description
This Gluten-Free, Vegan Cinnamon Roll Pizza is such an easy dessert recipe that combines two popular recipes into one! You get all the flavors of a cinnamon roll without all of the work and you get the slice-ability of a pizza all in just 30 minutes!

- 1 pack of two Little Northern Bakehouse Original Artisan Style Pizza Crust (both crusts will be used in this recipe)
Cinnamon Sugar Filling
- 1/2 cup vegan/plant butter, softened
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Vegan Cream Cheese Icing
- 4 oz dairy-free cream cheese
- 1 cup vegan/plant butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter one pizza crust with 1/4 cup of butter and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl whisk together the coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle half of this cinnamon sugar mixture over top of the buttered crust.
- Butter the other crust with the remaining 1/4 cup of butter and then place it on top of the other crust, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Let the pizza cool for about 15 minutes before icing.
- To make the cream cheese icing, beat together the cream cheese, the softened butter, and vanilla until smooth, then add in the powdered sugar until your icing forms. Keep the icing stored in the fridge while the pizza cools slightly, then frost, slice and enjoy!
