Description

If you're looking for a flavorful dressing or sauce for your Asian-inspired noodle dishes, salads, or as a dip for veggie spring rolls this Peanut Butter Ginger Lime Dressing is sure to check the box! This gluten-free, vegan condiment is made with 6 simple ingredients in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce (Tamari) or liquid aminos
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 ginger cube, frozen (or 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup natural chunky or creamy peanut butter

Instructions

Simply combine all of the dressing ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively you can whisk the ingredients together in a bowl, but if you're using a ginger cube I would suggest blending it. You can use a bullet blender or even an immersion blender will work.

Notes

* Add water to thin to your desired consistency. This dressing/sauce is on the thicker side. I prefer thicker dressings and sauces, but if you would like to add water to thin to your liking, feel free to do so. I would add little bits at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
