No juicer needed to make this gorgeous purple juice! All you need is a blender, a nut milk bag (affiliate link) (cheesecloth or kitchen towel), and fresh produce! This Purple Passion Blender Juice is made with purple cabbage, grapes, pears, blackberries, lemon, and celery for a healthy homemade juice the whole family will enjoy with no added sugar!
If there has been a theme over the last couple of months, I would juicy. LOL I got on a big blender juice kick and I am not mad about it one bit! Not only have they been absolutely delicious, but it’s a great way to get creative and use up some produce about to go bad. If you haven’t seen, I’ve already done a Blender Green Juice, Orange Sunrise Blender Juice, and a Blender Beet Juice that I adore!

I can’t say that I like one more than the other, they are all unique and delicious, but I think this Purple Passion Blender Juice is definitely the most creative as it features purple cabbage! Now before you turn up your nose, hang in there with me because I promise the cabbag-y flavor is masked by the fruity deliciousness going on.

So now that I dropped the cabbage bomb and got that out of the way, let me tell you what else I decided to throw into the mix! We’ve got grapes (grape juice YUM), pear, blackberries, celery (because celery juice is insanely healthy), and lemon juice to cut through the sweetness just a tad. All together, it’s so good.

You might be wondering, well why a blender? Why not use a juicer? You certainly could use a juicer if you have one or don’t mind cleaning it. For me, I have a very large, very hard to clean juicer and I much prefer the blender method. It’s quicker, simpler, and much easier to clean up afterward. You simply chop your cabbage, pear, and celery, throw in the blender with the rest, juice the lemon and blend!

Then you’ll need to use a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or even a thin kitchen towel- less preferred but you can make it work, to squeeze the juice from the pulp. (If you do decide to order a nut milk bag, be sure to use code ‘littlevittles’ for 10% off!).

This Purple Passion Blender Juice recipe makes 6 cups of juice if you make sure to squeeze every last drop out, trust me you’ll be wishing you had once you take a sip. Store your juice in the fridge for about a week, although I would suggest enjoying it within a few days. I hope you’ll hop on the blender juice train with me and become as passionate about this juice as I am!
