Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 1.5 cup sesame seeds, (I used 1 cup traditional and 1/2 cup black sesame seeds but you can use just traditional if preferred)
  • 2 servings (1 tsp) New Chapter Fermented Black Seed Booster Powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch salt (opt)
  • additional sesame seeds for rolling, also optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (if baking them)
  2. In your blender or food processor, grind the sesame seeds until they achieve a fine meal, but don’t grind too much to where they become a paste like tahini
  3. Pour into a large bowl and add the other ingredients and mix well to make a “dough”
  4. Form into cookies and roll in additional whole sesame seeds if desired
  5. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or enjoy as no-bake cookies!
