- 1.5 cup sesame seeds, (I used 1 cup traditional and 1/2 cup black sesame seeds but you can use just traditional if preferred)
- 2 servings (1 tsp) New Chapter Fermented Black Seed Booster Powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch salt (opt)
- additional sesame seeds for rolling, also optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (if baking them)
- In your blender or food processor, grind the sesame seeds until they achieve a fine meal, but don’t grind too much to where they become a paste like tahini
- Pour into a large bowl and add the other ingredients and mix well to make a “dough”
- Form into cookies and roll in additional whole sesame seeds if desired
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or enjoy as no-bake cookies!
